Welcome to Craftiel! These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of craftiel.com and purchases made through our website.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them before purchasing.
1. Using Our Website
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order or contacting us.
If you are under 18, please obtain permission from a parent or guardian before making a purchase.
You must not misuse our website, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent orders or interfere with its operation.
2. Product Information
We aim to describe and photograph our products accurately. Please check each listing for the quantity, dimensions, colour, material and other specifications before ordering.
Colours may appear different depending on your screen settings, lighting and production batch. Minor variations in texture, finish or measurements may also occur. These variations do not remove your rights where a product is defective or materially different from its description.
Unless the listing states otherwise, props, completed crafts and accessories shown for illustration are not included.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD) unless stated otherwise.
Applicable delivery charges, taxes and other fees will be displayed before you complete checkout.
Payment must be successfully received before an order is processed. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Prices and promotions may change from time to time. Changes do not affect orders we have already accepted.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Please check your selected products, variations, quantities, contact details and delivery address before submitting your order.
An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order; it does not, by itself, mean that we have accepted it. Your order is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation or expressly confirm acceptance.
We may decline an order before acceptance because of unavailable stock, an obvious pricing or listing error, unsuccessful payment, suspected fraud or an inability to deliver to the address provided.
If an issue arises, we will contact you where reasonably possible. Any payment received for items we cannot supply will be refunded. We will not substitute products or charge a higher price without your agreement.
5. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number.
We will try to accommodate your request, but changes or cancellations may not be possible once packing, dispatch or any agreed custom work has begun.
Any special cancellation conditions for personalised, custom-made or special-order products will be disclosed before purchase. These conditions do not affect your rights concerning defective or incorrectly supplied goods.
6. Delivery
Available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout.
Processing and delivery timeframes are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed delivery date. If you need supplies for a particular event, class or project, please order in advance.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If delivery fails because of incorrect details, refusal of delivery or failure to collect an order, reasonable redelivery costs may apply. We will explain any additional charges before arranging redelivery.
If your parcel is delayed, missing or marked as delivered but has not arrived, please contact us so we can investigate with the delivery provider.
7. Returns, Refunds and Order Issues
Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, missing or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the item and packaging.
We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund, as required by applicable law.
Change-of-mind returns are subject to our Refund & Returns Policy published on this website and any conditions disclosed before purchase. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide instructions.
Nothing in these Terms or our other policies excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights.
8. Craft Materials and Safety
Craft supplies must be used appropriately and in accordance with any product instructions or warnings.
Some products may contain small parts, magnets, wire, sharp edges or components that present choking, ingestion, cutting or other hazards. Keep hazardous materials away from young children and provide appropriate adult supervision during craft activities.
Unless expressly stated in the listing, our products are craft materials and are not represented as toys, food-safe items or products suitable for children under three.
Heating tools, adhesives and fuse-bead projects may require adult handling. Never swallow magnets or allow children to place them in their mouths.
These precautions do not limit our responsibility to supply products that meet applicable legal requirements.
9. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions are subject to their stated eligibility requirements, validity periods and stock availability.
Discount codes cannot be combined unless expressly permitted. They have no cash value and cannot be applied retrospectively unless the promotion states otherwise.
We may refuse discounts obtained through fraud or misuse. Changes to promotions will not affect qualifying orders already accepted.
10. Website Content and Intellectual Property
Website content created by or licensed to Craftiel, including photographs, graphics, text and branding, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may browse and share links to our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not copy or reuse our original content for commercial purposes without permission.
Purchasing craft materials does not grant a licence to reproduce third-party characters, artwork, trademarks or designs.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information.
Please keep your account login details secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
12. Our Responsibility
We are responsible for fulfilling our obligations under these Terms and applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for business losses, including loss of profit or business opportunities, or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when your order was accepted.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control
Events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, transport disruptions or service outages, may affect fulfilment.
If an order is affected, we will take reasonable steps to inform you and minimise the disruption. If we cannot fulfil it within a reasonable time, we will discuss cancellation and refund options with you. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by publishing a revised version on this page.
The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
Please contact us first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it. If it remains unresolved, either party may seek recourse through the appropriate courts or tribunals in Singapore, subject to any mandatory legal rights that apply.
